Services can be booked through our website or email. We will confirm your booking and provide you with details before the scheduled service.

Payment is typically due at the time of service. We accept bank transfers and cash. Payment terms will be discussed when you book.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours for a re-clean.

While we take utmost care, PersClean is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or for pre-existing damage.
